As a non-profit 501(c)(3), we are able to better staff our classrooms with extra teachers and ensure a quality work environment. We demonstrate our commitment to our teachers with a staff lounge equipped with computers, couches, and television. Teachers also enjoy such perks as holiday bonuses, a holiday party, lunches and other appreciation events.
